This classy, elegant and traditional Cape house has multiple dining areas with a comfy bed - new mattresses and pillows as of July 1, 2020 - covered with water/allergen proof protectors. Also, the house boasts a half open-plan living with exposed natural lights and a cozy fire place for your cold and romantic nights.
Kitchen is renovated with all new appliances & upper cabinets. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need such as coffee maker, toaster oven, pots & pans, crock pot, serving dishes & baking dishes. There is a small separate bar area off the kitchen for serving drinks with a Margaritaville blender for frozen drinks & smoothies and a wine cooler for extra storage. A non-motorized boat ramp is a short walk across the street (1 house away). It’s a quiet neighborhood spot to launch your paddleboard/kayak. Adjacent to boat ramp next to house there is an entrance to Eagle Pond which has beautiful walking paths and where you may swim in a fresh water pond with sandy bottom. It is close enough to shopping plaza for everything you need: Stop & Shop, Cotuit Liquors, Walgreens, CVS, Banks/ATM, and Aubochon Harware for propane for grill, shopping at Mashpee Commons which offer many restaurants, bars, clothing stores with high-end brands.
