Fantastic apartment in East Nashville. 1.1 mile to 5 Points and 3 miles to downtown. There are many restaurants within walking distance. This apartment is over a detached garage at the back of our property. Private parking and private entrance steps from front door. There's a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. The pull out couch is super comfy. High ceilings with lots of natural light. Full kitchen with butcher block counters. You will love the space and location! Permit # 2094335
The apartment is clean and in a safe neighborhood. The TV has access to Roku and includes Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and others. It's also connected to an antenna to get 20 local network channels. Wifi is available as well. There are plenty of books and games. We provide coffee, cream and sugar. We also provide a few snacks to get started. If you need anything else we are happy to try and provide it!
The full apartment is accessible from the alley next to the guest parking pad and you have it all to yourself. Very private!
We are usually available to have as much or as little interaction with guests as they need. However, we keep to ourselves unless you ask. If you see us on the back deck having a beer, feel free to join us! We're always a text or call away if you need suggestions for dinner or entertainment.
East Nashville is the perfect getaway! We have many incredible restaurants, trendy cafes and the shopping is superb! We love the area! It's perfect for families, couples, girls weekend or sightseers. The area is safe and very walk-able. The apartment is a quick Uber or Lyft ride to downtown or 5 points.
I recommend using Lyft or Uber to get around. We also have a bus stop about a block away. You can rent bikes in 5 Points.
