Located near Seaham Harbour and the East Durham Heritage Coast the farmhouse is the largest of three cottages located in the grounds of the Grade 1 listed Seaton Holme
Passing through the front hall you come to the spacious yet cosy lounge/diner with its wood burning stove, feature window and window seat.
There is a fully fitted kitchen breakfasting room equipped with eye level oven and microwave, electric hob, integrated fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
On the first floor there are 2 two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed and boasts amazing feature oak beams which have been carbon dated back to the reign of King Henry V111 and a spectacular gothic arched window. It also has its own luxury ensuite bathroom with his and hers wash basins, walk in shower and relaxing roll top bath.
Bedroom two has zip and link twin beds providing the option of another super King size bed, original feature arched window and exposed ancient beams. It also has its own ensuite shower room.
There is car park and garden to the east of the building which is shared with the other two cottages.
Please note the cottage is located adjacent to the owners working farm. Occasionally you may experience some of the noises an smells associated with this type of operation. The owner will seek to minimise this wherever possible
The location affords excellent access to the regions attractions and activities such as Durham Cathedral (20 minutes drive) Beamish Museum (25 minutes) Hartlepool Historic Quay (20 minutes) Seaham Harbour 10 minutes.
