However, the third-floor terrace is exclusively reserved for your enjoyment during your stay. Please feel free to make yourself at home and take advantage of these shared facilities.

You will be greeted upon check- in to provide you with your keys and may be a quick tour if needed. We will have self-check-in if it is after 5 pm or self-check-out before 8 AM.

I kindly remind you that you are staying in an apartment, so please treat the space with care and respect. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7.
Cleaning services are provided once a week, lawn maintenance is carried out twice a week, and pool/common area upkeep occurs daily, except for Sundays.
We are deeply committed to sustainability and eco-friendliness. Our property utilizes green energy through solar panels, septic tanks, well water, and cisterns for backup water storage. Our water system operates via gravity to minimize energy consumption, making it a self-sustained paradise. Your consideration in conserving resources during your stay is greatly appreciated.
★ EARLY CHECK IN or late check out more than two hours ( a nightly rate is apply) may require extra fees (1/3 the nightly rate) and early check in it may not be available if another guest is checking out on the same day as your check in★
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

◦ No drugs of any kind are permitted, but alcohol is allowed.
◦ If there is damage to the property, no deposit will be returned.

◦ Unreturned or lost keys will result in a $25 USD ($500 MXN) replacement fee.
◦ Do not take towels off the property, a $800 MXN penalty applies.
◦ Pets allowed upon requests (one pet)
◦ Clean up after your dogs for feces please take outside the property & keep them inside the apartment at all times.

◦ Always lock the front gate when you leave.
