Summary: Lisa was fabulous to deal with. We arrived quite late at night and the garage door fob was dead, so we called and she answered immediately and drove over and brought us a replacement in 20 minutes. A day or two later we had trouble with the door entry keypad, and she responded immediately and got online to give us a fresh code. The apartment building was OK, the apartment itself was better than OK, and the location was very much right downtown. If this is the neighborhood you want to visit, I highly recommend staying in Lisa's apartment.
