This cute 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex sleeps 4 in two queen sized beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a washer and dryer.
The living room area features a large comfy couch, and smart tv with all streaming apps available.
The kitchen features all full sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. There is a coffee maker as well.
There is a dining space that offers more prep space as well.
Outside features a private patio with a sitting/dining space and a grill!

The incredible neighborhood of East Hill is great for walking and biking. This area features many parks, restaurants and a Publix (grocery store) is located only a few blocks away. The Bayview park is 3 blocks away. The park has two dog parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, and equipment rentals. The 17th street public boat launch is just over a mile away. Great location 1 mile to downtown Pensacola. 12 minutes from the PNS airport. Plus most importantly its only 10 minutes to Pensacola Beach.

Grill is not to be left unattended while using.
Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 6am
Two cars may be parked under the carport onsite. Street parking is available nearby.
Do not park blocking the stop sign or side/crosswalks.
Parking in the grass is at your own risk.
