2 Bedroom Cottage with TV, Bedding and Kitchen
My husband and I have owned our Little Yellow House for more than 20 years now, residing in it for the first 10 years and then to a long-term rental.
This is our little house's fifth year as a vacation rental and we are very hopeful that you'll not only love your stay here, but you'll come back again and again. (If you do return, we'd like to offer a 10% discount for return guests. :)
We've spent quite a bit of time making sure the inside is clean and cozy and we're confident you'll find everything you'll need for a brief or extended stay. Our focus now turns to the grounds, so please bear with us while we do some landscape upgrading (as time and finances allow). (UPDATE: The grounds are coming along beautifully). :)
We think you'll love the fully fenced, large backyard with a couple of mature, shade providing trees and a flower garden with several herbs, as well!
We would also like to note that our house is not equipped with an automatic dishwasher or a clothes washer/dryer, so we've tried to reflect that in our rates. (There is a self-service laundromat located 8 blocks away).
We are also located within walking distance of a grocery store (3 blocks), St. Thomas church (3 blocks), Idaho State Liquor Store (3 blocks), tavern/pub (3 1/2 blocks), coffee hut (3 blocks) Vertical Earth Bike Rentals (5 blocks), convenience store/gas station (5 blocks), Centennial Trail (5 blocks), Cd'A Lake Dr. (less than a mile) and just 8 blocks from everything downtown has to offer in shops, galleries, restaurants, the lake and beaches and bars and nightlife, too!
