Positive: Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, we enjoyed using the swimming pool. The hotel was clean and well looked after. a good mix of traditional building (opened in 1900) and modern facilities. We very much enjoyed our stay and visiting Harrogate.
Negative: The lift broke down which was a nuisance bringing our luggage down from the 4th floor to check out. Minor niggle. The car park signs could be improved as there are 3 parts to it, I didn't think this was obvious driving in the entrance. Having said that it is a good car park with plenty of space.
