Positive: The apt has two floors. On the ground floor there is a huge kitchen + living area and in the first floor there is two separate bedrooms. So you share the bathroom with one other party. positive : - bathroom and shower is big - I like the home stay feeling. You can make tea and use the well equipped kitchen - Internet works well. - check in was super easy with an app. - location is great, 10 minutes walking to the train station & old town - the terrace is huge, bigger than the room actually haha. - bed is comfy
Negative: negative: - there is NO lock for the room-door. you can’t lock your stuff when you leave for the day or during the night. - the room was not so clean, very dusty and I recommend slippers for the house or keeping the shoes on - not sure how often they clean but after the other party left from the other room (and I was still there for another 2 nights) the toilet was full with shit. Disgusting. - in the room, it seems they use it as storage space, because the wardrobe cannot be used (I couldn’t open it) and on top of it there’s bags and under the bed there’s bags stuffed too - heating worked only every second day as it seems - it’s very thin doors/walls so you hear of course when the other parties use the bathroom etc. but the bigger issue in my opinion is that the room has little ‘window’ glass squares in the wall which allow all the light from the hallway and the bathroom to shine through and into the room itself. carrying my suitcase upstairs has been a bit tricky for me to do alone. the stairs are tiny. I wouldn’t recommend to bring big luggage there.
Summary: okay for a stay over night if you need to be close to the central train station. not so cozy or ideal for longer stays.
