As soon as you enter this air-conditioned charmer, you will discover an open floor plan with hand-scrapped hardwood floors and an atrium-style three-story ceiling in the living room. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room to rest and watch a favorite show or movie on the TV, or plan your next adventures with your loved ones. The adjoining kitchen has been appointed with SS Whirpool appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals. The main suite is located on the first floor with a large walk-in closet, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, granite countertops, and a separate soaking tub. The second floor houses the remaining three bedrooms along with an office equipped with a desk and a balcony. One of the bedrooms features a second balcony. Additional perks include a washer/dryer.
