This splendid home away from home is situated in the quiet mountain town of Elk Park, within a short driving distance of great attractions, including Banner Elk (eight miles), Sugar Mountain Resort (12 miles), Beech Mountain (14 miles), Linville Falls (18 miles), and Boone (26 miles). This is definitely the perfect location for everything the High Country has to offer!
As you enter this mountain-view home, an open living room and eat-in kitchen will greet you! Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofas, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming and cable services. The custom kitchen designed and hand made by the owner features a nice pantry with one-of-a-kind barn doors and handmade matching picnic style dining table. The main floor also includes a stacked washer/dryer and a spacious main bedroom with a huge smart TV, a walk-in closet, and access to a balcony. From this level, you can access an extensive balcony with a convenient outdoor dining area to dine alfresco.
Upstairs you will encounter two well-appointed bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is ideal for the kiddos as it's furnished with a desk, a bean bag, and a smart TV. The other bedroom enjoys a second desk and a smart TV.
