One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected. One (1) Minut noise monitoring device in the kitchen is on. Minut is camera-free and doesn't record, collect, store or share personal data.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.
