A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.
This property is dog friendly (1 dog, 15 lbs or less) with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax.
