This beautiful four bedroom house in Battersea Square is situated in the heart of Battersea, one of London's most popular neighbourhoods.
The home is perfect for families and come complete with all modern amenities and levels of open planned living space. The house is in a wonderful location, just a few minutes walk from Battersea Park, and close to many of London's museums, parks and other attractions - which are easily commutable.
The Space:
This marvellous family house offers everything you could possibly need in your home away from home.
The bedrooms are spacious and offer comfort and enough bathrooms for the entire family for their own privacy.
The basement living area with its cosy interior design and a TV is perfect for a movie night, if guests want to stay in. The house features two living areas - the first being a formal sitting area upon entrance and the second in the basement, giving guests more space to unwind.
The home also has a patio garden that leads from the kitchen, so guests are able to enjoy the outside and cook delicious meals. This is definitely not one to be missed.
The bedrooms include two double beds and two king sized beds. The master bathroom is complete with an ensuite, while the other bedrooms share a family bathroom. There is an additional w/c in the basement, just next to the living room.

The flat is located on a residential street in Battersea, but nevertheless just a stone throw away from necessary amenities. There are several fantastic restaurants just a moments walk away including a very typical English pub with an open fire in winter, a fresh bakery, renowned chef Gordon Ramsay’s London House, a great Italian and a lovely mediterranean brasserie. You also have Sainsbury’s food shop and Co-op just a few minutes walk away.
Getting Around:
Transport connections are good with buses nearby serving Chelsea, South Kensington, Clapham and Victoria. Clapham Junction is a 10 minute walk (or even shorter bus ride) and has direct trains to Waterloo, Victoria and Gatwick Airport, plus plenty of quick connections out to the countryside to places such as Brighton, Salisbury and Winchester.

The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds.
This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean.
This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.

A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.} This property is strictly non smoking and if evidence of smoking is found in the premise, a penalty of £500.00 will be charged.
Please double check that all external door locks are set correctly before you leave the property. If you accidentally set it to lock, you will not be able to gain access back into the property and therefore there will be a charge for a locksmith to attend and new keys to be cut.
