The property sleeps 6 and is a perfect family establishment.
Bedroom 1 has two twin beds with a flat screen television and closet.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds plus a television and closet.
There is a bathroom located between these bedrooms with a shower/tub. Also, a washer/dryer is located across the bathroom.
Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, his/her bathroom vanity and a 40 inch television.
The kitchen has a stove, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and utensils/plates/dishes. Also, there is a gas grill located in the garage for use.
The living room/dining room has a huge couch with two chairs and a balcony overlooking the practice facility/driving range and a lake. There is also a 40 inch television in the living room. The dining room has 8 chairs.
The condo recently had new rugs installed and tile flooring. Additionally, the a/c was replaced in 2012.
You are welcome to use anything in the condo but please replace whatever you use for the next guests.

Summary: Perfectly good property situated on the White Heron golf course, over looking the course on one side and the car park on the other. Within a two minute walk from the clubhouse and pool, making it ideal. Situated just off the 27 which is very busy at times, taking about 40 minutes to Disney . Everything you need is in the property, maybe update the furniture, but clean and spacious. Betty was available at all times if needed and very friendly. Air conditioning works really well and fans an added bonus. En suite bathroom great. Family bathroom perfectly adequate, with unique shower system. The property is up for sale, so not sure if available anymore , but would definitely stay there again if available.
