This home is located in Port Orange but is very close to Ponce Inlet as well. Within walking distance or a quick drive of the home is the Ponce Preserve and many other parks. For dining you have many options just a quick drive or leisurely stroll away such as Racing's North Turn, Off The Hook, and Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar just to name a few. Also a short drive away are attractions such as the Ponce De Leon Lighthouse and Museum and the Marine Science Center.
This gorgeous, new beach home is outfitted with everything needed for a fantastic beach trip! The first floor of the home holds the two-car garage, guest bedroom 1, and guest bathroom 1. The guest bedroom on the first floor features a queen bed, desk with an office chair, Smart TV, and an ensuite, full bathroom which includes a shower/tub combo.
The second floor of the home holds two more guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, the primary suite, the laundry room, a den, and an ocean view balcony. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 each hold a queen bed and a Smart TV with guest bathroom 2 between them. Guest bathroom 2 holds a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower. A den with a sofa, TV, and mini-fridge is also located on this level which features soft, natural lighting perfect for remote work, reading, and relaxing. The primary suite features ocean views and an amazing balcony. The primary suite holds a king bed and Smart TV with the ensuite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom includes an over-sized, tiled walk-in shower.
Ascend up to the third floor of the home to find jaw-dropping ocean views! Being on the third floor allows you to see over the shorter homes on the ocean and take in the rolling waves. A bright, open floor plan allows you to continuously enjoy the ocean views on this level. This level also includes a half-bathroom for convenience. The living room features a comfortable, large sectional allowing the whole group to enjoy the Smart TV together. Nearby is the dining area that seats 6 with 3 additional bar stools close by. The kitchen is every cook's dream! It comes fully stocked for everything you need for your vacations meals. The kitchen includes a double oven, island, and a built-in microwave. Prefer to dine alfresco? Head onto your private patio and enjoy the Florida sunshine and outdoor dining set. When you need a dose of Vitamin Sea, wander onto the third floor balcony. This balcony is on the highest level of the home so it also includes the best ocean views!
The backyard of the home is truly a beach-side oasis! A glistening pool beacons guest into the refreshing waters year-round. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated and doesn't contain a hot tub. After a day of fun in the sun, seek refuge in the completely covered lanai that includes comfortable furnishings and a ceiling fan. An outdoor shower on the pool deck is the perfect place to stop and rinse off the beach sand before heading inside or for a swim. No need to head inside when tummies start to grumble. There's a grill perfect for grilling pool-side and an abundance of patio furniture so that guests may dine alfresco.

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 4 vehicles on-site, or the motorcycle equivalent. There's a 2-car garage and then up to two additional vehicles may park in the driveway. There can be no parking in the yard or street due to city codes. We do not allow trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request which can accommodate both trailers and recreational vehicles.
Also to note that regardless of the refund received in the event of a cancellation the booking fee, although nominal, is never refundable. This does not apply to AirBNB reservations. This property does have two external security cameras. One is outside near the front door, facing outside. One is outside over the garage, facing the driveway.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
