1 LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHEN: total size 22m2,
fully equipped kitchen: built-in appliances :dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooker. Toaster, electric kettle, hood, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans so you can prepare your own food. So better taste is available basic space and off course tea, coffee and sugar.
There is also refrigerator with freezer and built-in washing machine.
In part of living room you can rest in leather sofa and watching TV (55"). There is amazing view on park - nobody can see you in the flat so you have privacy all the time. If you want, you can use blind, but it is not necessary. If you are more than 2 you can use leather fold sofa as the bed. It is comfortable for sleep for two persons. Large design heating. Wooden oak floor.
1BATHROOM: cosy bathroom but enough large for tube and wash-basin with big mirror and heating. Hot water all the time. Towels and shampoo include hair dryer include it.

HEATING is regular by thermostat and you can make the best temperature for you. Because the flat is orient on north, there is very good temperature in hot days in summer.
