IMPORTANT: Please review before making a reservation. Prior to arrival, please note that building management requires a tenant evaluation done, not the hosts. To proceed with registration, there is an application fee of $150 per individual or married couple (ages 18 and above). The approval or denial of the application may take up to 30 days. However, an expedited option is available for an additional fee of $50, reducing the processing time to 5-7 business days instead of the standard 30-day wait.
Free parking is available during the entire stay with $25 parking registration fee. Note that the parking registration office is only open during weekdays, and if you arrive with an unregistered rental car on a weekend it may incur a $15 daily valet fee. There is an Enterprise rental service across the street from building, where you can easily rent from during your stay.

➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo ID of the primary guest, Full names of the primary and rest of the guests above 18 yrs of age, employment, personal references, and confirmation message that the guests will follow the building rules.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

1. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.
2. To ensure a hassle-free check-in experience, we kindly request that you provide the registration information at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted.
3. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labour, and administration involved.
