Positive: Nice property. Good location overlooking the water. Comfortable.

Negative: Since you collect $384.55 per stay for a cleaning fee this place was not clean. My house is cleaned for $160 per week and it is clean when it is done. There was not enough paper towels or toilet paper so we had to get some. A few extra bath towels would be nice. The property is animal friendly but there were dog piles around the property. We pick up but it seems others don't. You might make this a requirement for use of this property. You have coded locks on the side and deck doors but the double deck doors do not lock which means someone could get in anytime. Food leftovers in the fridge and freezer. Who cleans this out? Ants in the kitchen.
