Summary: Upon arriving in DC, we discovered there was a mixup with our rental but when I called Chris, he answered within two rings and immediately began setting us up in another great property. He even sent an Uber to take us to the new rental. Chris made sure we had everything we needed and he even comped us for our tour tickets that we missed out on due to the mishap. I was extremely grateful for that. Even though that part of the trip was a little bit bumpy, Chris made sure our trip wasn’t ruined. We enjoyed the new place very much and I would definitely book with Chris again. 10/10 would recommend. So although I can’t speak to the specific space we initially booked, I can speak to the experience of booking with the host and as I said, I’d definitely recommend booking with him. Thanks Chris!
