Positive: The location was perfect for us The fire pit was nice Fenced back yard was great for our dog

Negative: The dishwasher was broke The spin cycle on washer was broke so we were not able to wash clothes after riding ATV all day Latch on front screen door was broke Carpet was stained and house smelled musty

Summary: Great location, comfortable but amenities need to be repaired or replaced
