Summary: My daughter, her friend and I were in Michigan for the Junior Gold bowling championship. We were traveling between Lansing and Grand Rapids the entire week we were there. It was so nice to have a cozy home to come back to instead of a stuffy hotel room. It was also nice to have a kitchen so we could eat at home more often than going out. Ashten was extremely nice and if I messaged for any reason, I had a response within 5-10 minutes. (I only messaged to ask when I needed to take the trash to the curb and to say we were leaving a day early) It’s a small house (2br/1ba) but it made it nice and forced the girls to hang out with not so cool mom. The couch is so comfy it’ll eat you and make you fall asleep. We saw black squirrels and tons of lightning bugs in the back yard and even saw a deer in the “alley” one night when we came home. I loved this property and if we’re ever in town again this will be the first property I look for. My only complaint would be the parking downtown parking, where the target and CVS are, which obviously isn’t anything the owner can control. We just chose to drive a little farther away rather than fight downtown.
