3 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner
This custom-built home is absolutely stunning and very unique. It has a large, open living space with vaulted ceilings and custom lighting throughout. Hardwood, marble and tile floors. High end furniture, couch and rugs. Sonos speakers and smart TVs.
Bedrooms all have new foam mattresses with Serena & Lily linens. There is a game room on the lower floor with a pool table, dart board, and bean bags that convert to full size beds. Outside has a large deck overlooking our 1.5 acre lot (very private!), with new, glorious hot tub. The yard has a zip line and lots of room for fun, including gazing at a few of our very own Sequioa trees.
House is 25 minutes from Bear Valley ski mountain. There is also plentiful snowshoeing, sledding and cross country skiing available in Bear Valley. During summer months, Lake Alpine is a boating, swimming and fishing Mecca.
There are multiple nearby hiking/biking trails, lakes and rivers for summer swimming, boating, and fishing. Property is minutes from Big Trees state park, with its incredible sequoias. Park pass included. Murphy’s, a nearby gold coast wine town, is about 15 minutes away. There are also a few underground, natural caves to visit near Murphys.
The property is equipped with sleds and kayaks as needed.
Please note: There is no covered parking at this time. Plan accordingly in winter months. Also, “kid” bedroom has ladders that may be unsuitable for children under 5.
