Spacious apartment in Valsassina with large terrace, in the charming town of Noccoli in Barzio. With a capacity for up to 7 guests, it is perfect as a base for outdoor enthusiasts. On the first floor of a building with an elevator, it has plenty of space for parking cars and is close to the Barzio sports center, equipped with tennis courts, soccer and spaces for children. During winter, a free shuttle to the ski facilities stops just 400 metres from the apartment.
You enter a large living room with a sofa and TV area, dining table, and access to a large private terrace. The separate, well-equipped and recently renovated kitchen.
