FIRST FLOOR
From the main landing, 3 steps down lead to the master ensuite at the rear of the property. This large room has a king sized bed positioned to enjoy the creek views form the sliding patio doors, bedside tables, built in wardrobes and his and hers ensuite shower rooms. Two sets of sliding doors open onto the large balcony on which you can sit and soak up the Creek views.
Front facing bedrooms 2 & 3 both have a king size bed, bedside cabinets hanging rail and door to a balcony.
A family bathroom has a bath, hand held shower, wc and hand basin
NOTE: The unique design of this property is that there are no opening windows but each room has opening doors to the outside for ventilation

To the front of the property there is private off road parking for 2 cars
The rear garden is a mix of paved terrace with garden furniture and a gravelled terraced offering interesting planting that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Guests also have access to an 8 metre shared pontoon via a gate, perfect for enjoying the water or simply taking in the serene surroundings.
