The studio has 35 m2 and is fully equipped and private. Beautiful bays are 300 meters away. The main beach of Santa Ponsa is 1 km away. The leisure facilities are varied, surfing, golf, floodlit tennis courts are at your disposal free of charge. Directly on a green zone (Zona verde), surrounded by a beautiful garden, with large terraces, the studio "Casa alegre" is waiting for you. Particularly noteworthy is the roof terrace 70 m2, which is equipped with sun loungers, lounge area, table, chairs and 4m parasol. But also on the three different sized terraces, directly in front of the studio, which are also equipped with table and chairs, you can enjoy the sun from morning to night.
