- Starter essentials (toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, body soap) kit is provided for your stay and any additional restocks are the guest's responsibility
- For MID-TERM stays (more than 30 days) there is a mandatory cleaning that needs to be provided at the guests' cost
**There are 6 stairs **from the main level going to the basement rooms.
- There is a grill that is also accessible for your use
- This suite is not 100% child-proofed for little ones (ages 1-6 yrs)
- You will have parking available on the East side of the house, or in Front of the house.
- The ENTRANCE to the home is on the WEST side of the garage, down the walkway, and to your left/double white french doors with a keypad to enter.
**IMPORTANT**
- Potential for noise
- There is a family that lives above the unit and they do their best to be as soft as possible you may hear footsteps from time to time. and stronger sounds from time to time.
- We do not allow parties or events.
- We do not mind a small family/friend evening gathering out on the patio just as long as it doesn't get out of control to where our neighbors will complain.
- No smoking on the premises. No smoking in the home or on the property. A $500 fine for any smoke evidence will be charged. You may go to the main road to smoke if needed.
- We just please ask to respect our rules due to wanting clean air in our home.
- No Pet Policy- We love pets but unfortunately are not able to host pets. Please keep in mind our strict policy and we inspect for pet evidence found in the home. This may also result in additional damage fees and repair costs of up to $100.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-6am
We do not allow parties or events of any kind. The maximum sleeping capacity is the maximum number of guests that may be allowed in the home day or night.
No smoking in the home or on the property a $250 fine for any smoke evidence will be charged. There will also be additional charges to repair the damage of smoke smell or any damage associated with smoking violations. This is a strict policy in our home.
Please park vehicles only in designated areas.
We love dogs but unfortunately, our home and the entire property do not pet-friendly. Please be respectful of this strict policy. Violations will be subject to a $250 per pet violation. Please note we inspect for pet evidence found in the home or on the property. This may also result in additional damage fees and repair costs, or eviction from the property.

Amenity limitations
The potential for noise in this home as a divided vacation rental home - We do not allow parties or events. For that reason is why we ask for no noise after 10 pm
Must climb stairs - For access to bedrooms
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, there will be a minimum charge of $200 depending on the damages.
Late check-out fee - Housekeeping arrives at 11:00 am. If you don't have authorized permission to stay after 11:00 am, there will be a $50 late check-out fee.
If you are staying for more than 2 hours of unauthorized stay you will be charged the daily base rate without any discounts, this still will NOT award you possession of the property for the day, this will be considered a late checkout fee and fee for losses for next party check-in and you will be considered trespassing. If you want to extend your stay you have to formally do so on the Airbnb website calendar.
**PLEASE NO CONSUMPTION OF MARIJUANA IN THE HOUSEHOLD**
The heating and AC are shared so please be considerate of keeping the air clean and comfortable for all.
