Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Walking distance to: Kinnick Stadium (1.6 miles), Carver Hawkeye Arena (1 mile), Hancher (0.6 miles), and downtown (1.7 miles to the Old Capitol).
We have everything you need for a fun weekend including 4 comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen amenities, 2 private parking spots, a newly renovated patio with outdoor dining / grill / couches around a fire pit, a washer/drier, a TV with streaming, and room for kids to play. There is a beautiful walking path along the river right across the street and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
We love our house and can’t wait to show it off!
Check-in and Check-out times are flexible, just message me with your preferred times! For larger groups, we have an extra twin air mattress with bedding available.

Summary: This house was the best choice for my family and I. My son was graduating and we all wanted to stay together for a night. This home had everything you could want and then some. I asked if we could check in a little earlier because we werw driving from Chicago and wanted to clean up a bit before the ceremony and Abby didnt disappoint. She text me while driving that the house was ready. The house was immaculate! Beds super comfy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. I honestly dont have anything negative to say. Abby and Austin, well done!
