Casa Elena is a contemporary 2,200 square foot split-level villa featuring four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and is conveniently located in the center of Manuel Antonio in a quiet cul de sac. In a walking distance to supermarkerts, restaurant and public transportation.
The entire home features split air-conditioning units and ceiling fans are found throughout the house where guests can enjoy a tropical breeze. The master bedroom features a queen bed and en-suited bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom offers guests two twin beds, these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is in the lower level, completely independent from the main house and features a queen sized bed and private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen leads into an entertaining area and provides guests with access to an outdoor deck area. There is also a half bathroom in the main level.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Mariana's house. The location was excellent, and the house was beautifully maintained. Communication with the owner and the concierge was also excellent. The chef-prepared meal that was arranged for us the day we arrived was also great. The only caveat: if you have mobility issues, be aware that this house has many steps. We knew ahead of time that it was a multi-story house, but there were additional steep stairs from the driveway up to the house. One of us was experiencing knee problems, and the stairs were very difficult for her to negotiate. Otherwise, we had a nice time and would highly recommend it for people who don't mind the exercise!
