Stay in the beautiful historic 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom duplex in downtown Gainesville. Located within walking distance to downtown Gainesville restaurants, bars, and parks. Just minutes from UF, a quick drive to Shands, and convenient to many Gainesville attractions.
Each bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and dresser. The living space is an open plan with a dining space, living area space and kitchen.
The units has its own washer and dryer and a backyard for guests.

The neighborhood is full of historic homes and new "historic style" homes. Due to its location, it is the up-and-coming neighborhood.
