You will feel like a local in our dreamy craftsman cottage in the heart of 12th South. It`s just a few steps away from all the action. We want all our guests to feel at home, so we have made sure the beds are extra cozy, the chef`s kitchen is fully equipped, & our patio is the backyard of your dreams!

Where you will sleep:
The downstairs Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom.
There are two bedrooms upstairs.

Our home features two downstairs living spaces, a wet bar, a washer and dryer on both floors and an upstairs bonus room.

Summary: This house really is so beautiful, clean and spacious and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The only caveat is that the bed descriptions are not accurate. It says there are two queens in a room upstairs and one queen bed in the other BUT all three beds are full sized not queen. We could tell right away but also took measurements to be sure. It didn't ruin our stay but we wished we had the room we were expecting to have in the beds since several people were sharing.
