3 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Bedding
This cute little gem sits just outside Diamond Peaks subdivision in beautiful Crescent Lake Oregon. A-frame was built in the 60's and has been upgraded and an addition was added. Farm house feel. Surrounded by pine trees. During winter months only access to property is by snowmobile, snowshoe, cross country skiing or can be picked up in an enclosed, 4 door Polaris ranger for an extra charge. From highway 58, it is about a quarter mile hike in with 125 feet elevation gain.
House is heated and cooled by two mini-splits, one is located in living room and one in master bedroom. There is propane heat in case of a power outage.
Kitchen offers stove, oven, toaster, coffee pot, tea pot, small blender, popcorn maker, mini waffle maker, milk shake maker and gas grill.
Up to two pets are allowed with deposit. Owners are responsible for damage and pets need to be under owner supervision at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please do not have pets on furniture.
This is a non smoking/Vaping house.
Property offers vehicle and recreational vehicle parking off highway 58.
Unlimited outdoor adventures for all seasons! House located directly on trail. Great area for snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, biking, hiking, boating, water skiing, bird watching, Crescent lake beaches and horseback riding at Odell Lake. 15 minutes from willamette ski area. Minutes from Pacific Crest trail. Make your memories at this cabin in the woods!
House is on a cistern, please conserve water when renting.
