This spotless newly renovated 2BR/2BA home features a screened-in lanai that leads out to a large outdoor patio with a private fenced in backyard, firepit, flat top propane grill, & a chaise lounge all with a tropical vibe! We are centrally located and minutes to several of Florida top beaches: Indian Shores, Redington, Madeira, Indian Rocks, Clearwater & St. Pete Beach. Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, & Gulfport are all a short drive. Come experience all the beauty this area has to offer!
ABOUT THIS SPACE:
Our home can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a brand new Nectar King size mattress along with a 55" Smart TV. The guest bedroom features a comfortable Serta Queen size mattress that has a topper along with a 48" Smart TV. The guest room can also be used as a private office with a full-size work desk. The living room features a 65" Smart TV along with a very comfortable couch that has 3 separate recliners and 1 chaise lounge that also reclines. In addition, we also provide a queen air mattress. We have 2 newly renovated bathrooms (one with a shower/tub combo and the other is a walk-in stand-up shower). There is also a 2nd work desk in the kitchen area. We offer fast internet, so this is a perfect place to work remotely. We also personally deep clean our home in between guests so you can rest assured knowing that you will be staying in a very clean home.
Our kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Please note that we do not have a dishwasher, but we do provide paper plates/bowls/plastic cups. Our outdoor screened-in lanai features vinyl windows you can open or close to enjoy the fresh air. There is also a TV you can cast to and watch your favorite sports games/shows while in the lanai or on the outdoor patio. We have a fully fenced in, private outdoor patio/backyard with a patio table that seats 6. There is also an outdoor fire pit, propane flat top grill, and 1 chaise lounge chair if you want to relax or get your tan on. Our garage has a full size washer and dryer available plus plenty of storage space. Bring your e-bikes and ride them to the Pinellas Trail, to beautiful nature/exercise trials nearby, or to the beach!
PLEASE NOTE: We have 2 very large tree's on the property in the front yard and there are roots throughout parts of the yard. Please be mindful when walking around the front yard. We are not responsible for any injuries due to tree roots around the property. As long as you are mindful, you will not have an issue.
OTHERS DETAILS TO NOTE:
- The house has a two-car driveway. Please park in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage or on the grass. Two cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property.
- Beach items are provided (3 chairs, beach towels, 1 boogie board, 1 beach umbrella and 2 small coolers).
- Pack and play and a Graco Convertible high chair are provided.
- This is a pet friendly home, but please only bring well-behaved, potty-trained pets. Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your pet unattended. The pet fee is $129 per pet, per stay. 2 pets, 50lbs. max pet pet. Our insurance does have breed restrictions, so please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s). Due to severe allergies, CATS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON A PRE-APPROVAL BASIS. If pets are brought without approval or are above the 50lb. maximum, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
- Any stays longer than 7 days will require a $50 higher cleaning fee and stays longer than 14 days will require $100 higher cleaning fee as a deep clean is required.
