Unit has a lanai, and a large front porch where you can enjoy the Gulf breeze. The private rear fenced yard is perfect for relaxing, sitting around the fire pit or cornhole area, or barbecuing in the evening or on weekends. There is a separate entrance to the second floor condo so guests do not disturb the lower level. Just steps from the beach (0.2 mile walk) and a dip in the Gulf, the home is very well maintained.
