Summary: Free firewood & enclosed pit. Quite, semi- private area can view the Dragoon mountains. Has a heater& air conditioner. However, the plug strip kept turning off so the heat wouldn’t stay on and I was so cold that using all the blankets wasn’t enough. The lighting is a battery pack blurry lantern which meant I couldn’t read anything paper. This set up is fun but for anyone with issues lifting a foot three feet off the ground, you might not make it up the top step and then will be challenged to get into the bunk where ch requires two steps up of three feet each. . Getting out of of the bunk is another challenge for those who are older and lacking leg muscles or injured of leg or foot. The bed is not wide enough for a stomach sleeper and a side sleeper together. Bathrooms are clean, big & accessible with a code but they are in another building; not in the wagon. For nite toileters, this could be challenging. I enjoyed my stay and would do it again if the reading light was better & the plug strip would remain on. Has a Kereig.
