This large private 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a longer stay in Fargo. We do allow your furry family to stay here too. Conveniently located near downtown Fargo, minutes from the Sanford Downtown campus, walking distance from NDSU and central to all the great go-to spots in Fargo. On-site attached garage parking. Spacious place with 1 bedrooms and a large kitchen.
The space
Spacious unit to spread out and enjoy your time in Fargo. We allow pets to join you in the unit but we ask that you be mindful of their behavior and to treat this place as you would you own house. There is a deposit on this unit that will only be applied if we feel it is necessary to cover damage or extreme cleaning issues. We ask that you not allow your pets on the furniture or the bed during their stay. Per Fargo's ordinance, all pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly.
Coin laundry is provided on site. It is located in the basement of the house, and only shared with three other units.
