Summary: Initial check-in was good. Got to my room and saw it was a double queen when i requested a King with sleeper sofa, it was on the 3rd floor when I requested a top floor (4th) and had noisy upstairs neighbors (clomping and stomping) which is why I always request a top floor. I requested every other day maid service and in my 6 day stay, I got it once. The pillows were beyond flat and led to poor sleep. The heater in the room sounded like it would fail some of the time/very noisy and finally, the water pressure for the tub/shower was a joke. So yeah, not a good visit at all.
