Very peaceful and lovely stone typical rural house recently restructured set in an organic farm of 20 hectares.
Strategically situated on a rolling hill between the villages of Manciano and Capalbio, the villa is equally near the sandy beaches of Ansedonia and the renowned baths of Saturnia and overlooks a breathtaking view of olive groves and vineyards.
The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with typical forniture so that guests may truly enjoy their 'own' country home.
4 rooms upstairs equipped with bath and furnished with care +1more bedroom (additional cost) with own bath in the dependance Large kitchen and living room with fireplace and sofa downstairs.
The house has a private outdoor wood paved area and a big pergola where you can just sit or eat enjoying the sunset,another nice pergola is in front of the kitchen, where you can have breakfast, enjoying the sun.
A swimming pool 35x17 ft is available in the summer period.
