Farmhouse Guest Cottage. Heart of the Central Valley of California. Linden is quintessential Country Living. Surrounded by Cherry and Walnut Orchards. Minutes from Award Winning Wineries, Great Restaurants, and Fruit Stands. Close to many recreational activities. This is Good Country Living. Oh and the Pizza Oven, Patio and Bocce Court. There is really no place like this. This is the perfect little get away for an intimate retreat, or host an event, reunion, or party. There are additional property fees if there is an event. The home sleeps 4 in beds with additional air mattresses available. If you choose to host friends and family, more than 12 people there will be a $100 per day additional charge. This is for the additional overhead charges and maintenance required to host a larger group. If you are hosting a gathering there are a few additional requests. No underage drinking, no selling tickets or cover charge. No confetti, or glitter. Noise reduction at 11:00 pm. Spa off at 11:00pm. Excessive garbage must be taken with you, Please. If you are hosting a "Gathering" please advise prior to the booking. I will adjust the rate. I live on the property, so I will be aware of said " Gathering" If the event exceeds number of guests allowed, it will be reported to VRBO. Please do not take advantage of our hospitality.
