1 Bedroom Cottage with Kitchen, Parking and TV
Dog friendly. Large upstairs bedroom area with double bed and single day bed (and room enough for a travel cot) in wraparound area not visible from double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep either one adult or 2 children. We will contact you to agree bedding and sleeping arrangements prior to your visit. The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, dishwasher, ample cupboard storage and a dining table for 4. Bed linen, towels (bath and kitchen but not beach), tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are all included to save you bringing unnecessary items. The cosy separate lounge area has an oil fired woodburner (professionally lit for winter months only). The cottage also boasts a downstairs cloakroom and upstairs shower room. The secure fenced rear patio has furniture, barbecue and shed storage for bikes, wetsuits etc.

We try to be as sustainable possible on our smallholding with Photovoltaic panels on our roof which generate electricity for all of the buildings. We also have our own chickens, pigs and vegetable patch and are proud to offer seasonal produce for sale when available (we will leave a list for you in the Cottage).
