Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code to a lockbox. The entire 1 and 2 floor (in US and China 2 and 3 floor) is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. (we have another unit Room A on ground floor but they will has no access to your space, so nothing is going to be shared with other except the main entrance and laundry room in garage) so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Your master bedroom with letter “B” is on the 2 floor. There is another guest bedroom “C” will be locked during your stay. The surrounding area is a residential community and guests are encouraged to explore. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the area!
Other things to note
This home features stairs requiring access to the kitchen and bedrooms. You are staying in a friendly and peaceful home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. Please monitor your noise levels at all times and Quiet Hours are in place 23:00 - 08:00. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.
Upon entering the home, please remove your shoes. Please do not rearrange the furniture and food & beverages should remain in the kitchen & dining area. Please do not bring food into the bedrooms. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Please turn off the climate controls when you are not home. Upon departure, please do your dishes, collect your trash, and place it into the appropriate bins.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
