The space is completely private but joined to a detached house
Once you drive onto the property there is secure private parking for 1 car right outside the property & it has it's own dedicated entrance.
The Annex has a separate bedroom, private shower room, private lounge & kitchenette with dining area, fast WIFI and a desk.
The annexe is adjoined to the main house on Hills Rd with private off road parking and private front door.
The bedroom has a double bed over-looking the large garden, with a modern ensuite wth a large shower room.
