Entering this cottage literally takes your breath away with its vaulted ceilings and walls of windows for incredible lake views. The grand open concept main floor offers a majestic great room with ample comfortable high-end seating. The dining room is open to the kitchen and great room offering guests a large, handcrafted dining table with seating for a minimum of 12 people. The kitchen is a dream entertainers kitchen equipped with multiple chef grade, high end appliances and a kitchen island with additional seating for guests. For those guests who require a little more solitude, the Muskoka Room has relax written all over it with soft beautiful seating. Surrounding this luxurious main floor is a glass wraparound deck equipped with BBQ and ample outdoor seating for relaxation or dining pleasure. Also located on the main floor is a Queen bedroom with an ensuite 3-piece washroom which is the first of five exquisitely appointed bedrooms. Hidden just a few steps upstairs from the main level is the Master King suite hideaway. Masterfully decorated this private oasis comes equipped with a spa like ensuite bathroom. A bunk bedroom featuring 2 bunks for smaller guests is also situated on the top floor with its own adjoining bathroom.
The spacious, lower level of Cornerstone is where the remaining King and Queen bedrooms can be found along with a 3 piece bathroom. This level is built with panoramic views, vaulted ceilings and surrounded by a glass walled deck allowing for yet another level of scenic lake views and unlimited entertaining. Hollywood movie nights can be staged in this lower level with state of the art theatre technology and comfy lounge seating for guests viewing pleasure.
The shoreline stretches 200 ft across the shoreline of Rosseau and boasts plenty of furniture and space for dockside entertaining and fun in the sun. This 2 slip boathouse is perfect for both boats or seadoos! While you relax on the beautiful dock or one of the 2 large decks your kids can enjoy the fun water trampoline and Lilly pad.

Please note the Muskoka Lakes Township noise by-law applies between 11 p.m and 7 a.m. and can be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents, including: loud music, engines and shouting. Please be mindful of the noise.
*Outdoor Fires*
There is no daytime burning permitted on Muskoka lakes. It is the guest’s responsibility to check updated fire bans and use only designated fire pit(s). Please ensure you fully extinguish the fire. No fire is to be left unattended at any time. Please avoid having fires on windy days
