Summary: We felt the checkin was complex and the receptionist was not very friendly, there were also lots of additional costs. €10 refundable deposit per pool towel was totally unnecessary the pool was just outside the reception it felt untrustworthy. €1 for a small bottle of water in the room which is complementary elsewhere. We ate in the hotel and they brought us we thought was complementary bread as we had not asked for it, then added it to the bill when we checked out €1.50 per person. We asked about an airport transfer (15min away) and was told 4 people could not fit in a taxi with only hand baggage and we would need a mini bus for €40 we ordered a taxi for €25 and there was plenty of room. We felt it was unwelcoming with unhelpful staff. It was not a relaxing stay.
