This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom home is nestled on a canal leading to Rockport's iconic Copano Bay. Inside you'll find a modern open concept design with large windows that provide natural light and breathtaking bay views.The living area has a large sofa, 3 lounge chairs and a 70-inch smart tv to enjoy all your favorite entertainment. The kitchen comes fully equipped to make your favorite homemade meals, including a combination one cup/full pot coffee maker, microwave, blender, and crockpot. The dining room has enough seating for 8 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island so the whole family can enjoy breakfast together.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, dresser, and a large closet to store all of your vacation apparel. The primary bathroom has double sinks and a shower/bathtub combo. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds, smart TVs and plenty of storage for all of your coastal treasures. The shared bathroom has a luxurious walk in shower and nautical decor.
