Positive: Hosts- They were super quick to respond to questions we had about the area. Very nice people. Lodging - 3 rooms, each with it's own AC unit and 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen with all required items to cook. Although we only used the toaster and microwave. We were on vacation to chill not cook :) It also has two TVs with Wifi and a balcony area with sofas. Security - 24 hour security in the neighborhood. The condo is in a gated community within Playa Del Carmen. The condo even has it's own gated security for its area. Running Trails/Gym- Has running trails paralleling the roads in the community. Felt like I was jogging in the rainforest, with the safety of a city. Very scenic and saw a few Lemur looking animals here and there. At least 10K worth of jogging trails. GYM is well stocked with equipment to stay active. Pools - Has a huge pool, a kids pool attached to a Cabana with a BBQ grill. It also has a separate rooftop pool with hot tub and sitting area that you can reserve for free. Proximity - Will need a car or taxi to get to everything. We had a car and it was nice to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to enjoy it all. It was a 10 minute drive to most places. Has onsite parking. We will definitely stay here again!
