2 Bedroom Condo with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner

-This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
San Felipe`s premier beach resort La Ventana del Mar. Clean shady beach, tennis courts, golf and swimming pools.
Comfortable beds and bedding for your beach vacation experience. Travertine floors, 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Washer and dryer in the condo. Large living room, dinning room, chairs & table. Patio with a BBQ. This condo is perfect for family vacations.
NOTE: 6 Adults allowed, Resort will only issue 4 pool passes. Children 12 and under do not need pool pass!!!!
This condo less than a minute walk to the main community pool, bar, and activity area. The beach is just a short walk away. The community area has free WiFi access. You also have access to the private pools specially for made for the condo occupants. There are also tennis courts and a championship golf course.
Free WiFi is available at the swimming pool and this internet from the swimming pool can be accessed from outside the condo.
One towel per guest is provided. Please bring your beach and pool towels.

Summary: We decided last minute to take an overnight trip to San Felipe for Labor Day weekend. We looked at several options and decided on this one because of the location and amenities. Was a great choice. House was nice and clean and modern and beds were comfortable. Up to date kitchen and satellite TV. This unit didn’t have wi-fi but we got a cell signal so was still able to use our phones. Also liked having a garage to park our car in. Complex pool was nice along with the outdoor bar and lounge area. There was an entertaining karaoke night going on to keep us entertained while others in our group used the pool. The beach was close but you had to walk out a little ways before reaching the actual sea due to rhe property being on the northern end of San Felipe. Wasn’t an issue for us though. Check in and out was super easy. Will definitely use this option again when we visit San Felipe.
