There are two living rooms. The first living room is more of a sitting room. It’s located towards the front of the house, has a couple of comfortable sofas, and is perfect for having a quite conversation with others. The second living room is the main living room. It’s spacious and has a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall—perfect for watching your favorite movies on. The kitchen is large and spacious. It has plenty of countertop space, modern appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together home-cooked meal. There are three dining areas. The first dining area is the breakfast bar, which has seating for two. The second dining area is kitchen dining area, which has seating for four. The third dining area is the formal dining area, and you can seat up to six people here.
Did we mention that this vacation home has a private pool and games room? Head through the patio doors at the back of the house, and you’ll step foot into the pool area. It’s screened in to keep those pesky bugs out, has a large, sparkling pool to cool off in, and a spa to relax in. There are sunbeds for those wanting to work on their tan and a covered lanai with patio furniture underneath it for those who want to be outside, but out of the sun. If you want some indoor entertainment, head the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find boardgames, a pool table, and an air hockey table.

However, its proximity to the ever-growing highway 27 with shops, restaurants and allowing easy access to connect to with highway 192 or Interstate 4 to get easily into the Theme parks that Orlando is world famous for. Interstate 4 actually runs from east to west so you can get to either of the coastlines and the fabulous beaches.
