About Bert’s Bungalow
Come enjoy a relaxing stay with Bert! (He’s the handsome highland cow) The bungalow is a recently updated private two bedroom/one bathroom house just minutes away from local eateries and entertainment. Located in the adorable Holly Hills neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown and walking distance from Carondelet Park.
The space
This home was built in 1925 and retains the old charm with all the modern updates and style. There are two fully private bedrooms with queen beds, full size closets with convenient shelving and smart TV’s. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs as well as a full-size fridge, microwave and of course a Keurig. A variety of coffee and cooking spices are also available. Located at the back of the house is a full-size dining room with a large table for six and a private back yard.
The original hardwood flooring is located in most of the house including Bert’s room. The living room is a beautiful, bright space with a comfortable sectional and 65” inch smart TV. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi and games for your entertainment.
Upon arriving, there will be a full guidebook located on the coffee table in the living room which will guide the guest to where everything is in the rooms (i.e remotes, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, shops, restaurants and entertainment) Street parking only.
Guest access
Access is available to the entire main floor of the house and yard. Front and back entrance. No garage access.

Full size washer and dryer in the basement.

Checkout times are normally no later than 11am, but feel free to ask about flexibility if there is not another check-in on the same day.
