This apartment has a bright, cheery kitchen stocked full of seasonings, utensils, dishes, cookware and olive oil. The kitchen has a full-sized stove, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator as well as a coffee bar with a Keurig, sugar and creamer. The kitchen has plenty of storage space as well as a dining table with 4 seats.
The kitchen and living room are connected and the living area has a comfortable sofa with extra pillows and blankets. The large HD TV is Roku-enabled so you can stream your favorite movies and TV shows.
There is also a back door that leads to the shared patio space with seating so you can enjoy the outdoors.

This building has 3 short-term rental units with doors facing the street. The rest of the units are long-term tenants. Please be respectful to our tenants and mindful of noise levels.

Guests may access the entire apartment as well as the communal outdoor space in the back of the building.

This is a historic neighborhood located near the main area of Berthoud. There are multiple antique stores around the building, as well as restaurants and shops. There is a laundromat directly across the street from the rental.
There are train tracks near the building and you may be able to hear train noises, as the trains do pass through Berthoud daily.

Getting Around:
It would be easiest to get around by car, but you can walk to different shops and restaurants from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
This building houses long-term tenants. Please be respectful of their home- quiet time starts at 10 pm.
